Thank you so much for your help arranging my Finance GAP. I originally got a quote online but chose the wrong product for my circumstances. I bought a car for £7500 but the total to pay including the finance company interest was £13000. My worry was if my car was written off by my insurance company in the event of a fire or accident I would be left with a big chunk of money to pay the finance company as insurers only pay the value of the car not the total you may owe. I called DirectGAP to buy my policy and luckily your staff spotted my mistake and advised on the best GAP product for my circumstances. Not only did this save me money long term it gave me 5-years cover instead of the 1-year I was going to buy. The website is good but with such a large selection of products to meet every clients circumstances it pays to call directly and speak with an advisor. They are really helpful and know what they are talking about. Cost was competitive and e-documents arrived promptly. My only wish would be some official documents in the post but I guess e-docs are the modern environmentally minded way of doing things. I am very happy with my purchase and now I have peace of mind for the next 5-years of motoring.
