Hopefully I got the policy I wanted. Useful to call first as I discovered that despite wanting the 'top' policy I was made aware that being for an all electric vehicle, the policy might revert to the 2nd policy 'price paid' as the EV's specs are changing so rapidly. I still decided to go for the top policy but the agent volunteered the info immediately. Good service.

Have just purchased a second policy after my first car was unfortunately written off after an accident. They handled the case amazingly, were very supportive, and even managed to help me get more money from my motor insurer for the settlement! Don’t know what I would’ve done without them, so I’ve purchased GAP for my new car too!

Really useful that you offer a free policy in exchange for contact details- I’ve just picked up my new car and the drive away cover offered by the dealership doesn’t cover any finance gap. Will definitely be taking out a gap insurance policy with you in the next 6 months

Nice and simple to purchase, and at a great price as well. Main dealer wanted £399, whereas DirectGAP wanted £139. I’d have been mad not to go for this policy over the dealerships as it was also a like for like in terms of policy overview. Fingers crossed I never need to use it!!
