Needed to claim on on a policy a few years ago; the staff were so human, it made a hard time a little more pleasant. Adding to my Fleet, so of course you get the custom.

So easy to deal with. Great prices. Took a policy out and the car went back so cancelled and was done straight away and refunded. New car now purchased and policy taken again with this company as you get great service and speak to humans. Hopefully never have to claim.

Easy to buy and navigate on site. Read the terms and conditions and some better features than I had with a main dealer policy previously for more than double the price. Hoping I will never have to use it however.
