Simple to arrange and a lot cheaper than the dealer offer. Many years ago I had my car stolen and was never recovered. I had only just bought it without gap insurance and I had a devil of a job to get it replaced. It took months of arguing about the value with a well known company. I hope never to have to claim but if I did I have this insurance to aid me. I have four cars since and always take gap insurance. It is a small price to pay to eliminate the hassle I experienced before.

User friendly website and easy to navigate. My husband wanted to ask few questions before taking out the policy so called customer service and spoke to a really nice and friendly gentleman on phone who clarified everything for us and we made the decision to buy 5 year policy for my brand new car. I would hope my car is never written off but if it happens then I would expect direct gap to provide same 5 star customer service :)

The lady on the phone was wonderful. Very helpful and purchasing my product took less than 2 mins online after she had helped me by emailing the quote and links.

This the second gap insurance I have bought from Direct Gap, returned as was impressed how easy it was to talk to someone when I phoned regarding a previous policy.
