Direct Gap provide very useful information on their website, to enable the most suitable insurance to be purchased, and the on-line purchasing tool was so easy to use. I got stuck on one question and called the Direct Gap number and, amazingly, it was answered [by a human being] in under one minute - despite Covid-19 restrictions. The assistant was most helpful. Oh, and the price was fantastic - half of the dealer's quotation for a better product. What's not to like ?

Fast and efficient, have insured a couple cars with these guys, hopefully never have to claim but it definitely does give assurance. Really pleased with the whole idea.
