  • Had a query about deferring my start date for a new car and the call was answered quickly by a very knowledgeable and helpful chap who handled my query in a friendly and professional way. As for price ... well. A lesser product pushed by my dealer at £500!! I don't think so. Should have seen his face when I showed him my Direct Gap quote. We now have two cars covered by Direct Gap in the family.
