User friendly website and easy to navigate. My husband wanted to ask few questions before taking out the policy so called customer service and spoke to a really nice and friendly gentleman on phone who clarified everything for us and we made the decision to buy 5 year policy for my brand new car. I would hope my car is never written off but if it happens then I would expect direct gap to provide same 5 star customer service :)

The lady on the phone was wonderful. Very helpful and purchasing my product took less than 2 mins online after she had helped me by emailing the quote and links.

This the second gap insurance I have bought from Direct Gap, returned as was impressed how easy it was to talk to someone when I phoned regarding a previous policy.

Spoke to DirectGap before going ahead and was very pleased with the person I spoke to: very informative, friendly and no sales pressure to buy there and then! I have now, via the web site, bought a policy which was very easy and quick.

I was getting confused with the information on various we sites but one quick phone call answered my questions and I went ahead and bought the insurance on-line. Easy website, well explained product. £380 cheaper than dealership could offer for a more comprehensive level of cover. No complaints so far!
