Second time I've taken out gap insurance with Direct Gap, very happy to deal with you. Luckily the first policy wasn't called-on to be used, but very happy to be covered for another 4years.

This is the 4th car I've taken gap insurance out with this provider. Fortunately I've never had to make a claim but the process has been smooth and trouble-free to date.

In terms of how easy it was to see the policy differences, enter details and sign up, DG runs a slick operation. I guess the acid test is if I need to claim, lets hope I never have to, but that's a real test of how a good a business is.

Direct Gap provide very useful information on their website, to enable the most suitable insurance to be purchased, and the on-line purchasing tool was so easy to use. I got stuck on one question and called the Direct Gap number and, amazingly, it was answered [by a human being] in under one minute - despite Covid-19 restrictions. The assistant was most helpful. Oh, and the price was fantastic - half of the dealer's quotation for a better product. What's not to like ?
