  • I did some web research before I purchased from you - Direct Gap. I could not find any bad reports on the internet. Vehicle Replacement + cover from yourselves. Direct Gap were not the cheapest on the web, there were 5 other companies cheaper, but overall when I looked carefully at the T & C's of all companies, you came out the best value for money. I decided to take out 5 year GAP cover, as the Toyota IQ2 we purchased today came with a 5 year warrantee. We like the car so much it is unlikely we will change it until the warrantee runs out. Your website was easy to navigate and the T & C's information was clear & concise. Many thanks & best regards Gary
