I called customer services for advice as I haven't had to do this before. The customer services were wonderful. They didn't try and sell me the things I didn't need and was really reassuring. They took their time explaining what each policy was and gave me examples of how it relates to me. I do hope I don't have to use it but I also hope, if I do, I get the lovely people in the same team!
